Job description
CommuniCare Health seeks a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP/CNP) for its telehealth team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality remote care to diverse patient populations, with daytime rounding and flexible coverage as needed.
The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of NP experience, maintains an active NP license in at least two states, and holds a Family NP certification. This is a full-time W2 position with benefits and remote flexibility across the U.S.
