Job description
Tenos is seeking an experienced Freelance HR Business Partner/HR Generalist to support their HR and communications teams temporarily. You will coach and guide both teams while optimizing HR processes and handling complex HR cases.
This role requires at least 10 years of experience and a strong background in coaching, with the ability to work independently. Fluent Dutch is required, and the position allows for remote work flexibility.
