Remote Freight BrokerReady to focus on selling instead of spending your day chasing trucks?We're looking for an experienced Remote Freight Broker who knows how to prospect, win new business, and grow profitable customer relationships. You'll own the sales side of the business while a dedicated operations team handles truck sourcing, tracking, billing, and back-office functions.This is an ideal opportunity for a proven freight sales professional who enjoys hunting for new business and wants the freedom to focus on what they do best: selling and growing their book.Remote Freight Broker Benefits and Compensation:Monthly gross margin commission: 10% at $10K–$20K | 20% at $20K–$30K | 30% at $30K+401(k) with 5% company matchPaid time off and holidaysFully remote positionDedicated operations support for carrier sourcing, tracking, billing, and back-office functionsRemote Freight Broker Requirements & Qualifications:2+ years of sales experience within third-party logistics (3PL) or freight brokerageProven success prospecting and personally winning new shipper accountsExperience generating leads and building a sales pipeline without relying solely on inherited businessStrong understanding of freight pricing, market capacity, margins, and rate negotiationExperience quoting freight, closing business, and developing long-term customer relationshipsMust Haves:Existing FTL book of business or established transferable shipper relationshipsHands-on experience with domestic FTL freightExperience with dry van and reefer freightDemonstrated success in new-business development and outbound prospectingAbility to speak to measurable sales production, such as gross margin, revenue, load volume, or similar KPIsMust reside and work in Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Utah, Kentucky, Florida, or TexasRemote Freight Broker Preferred Background & Skills:Experience with flatbed/platform, specialized, oversized, or expedited freightStrong cold-calling, prospecting, negotiation, and closing skillsExperience using CRM, TMS, and freight brokerage technologyProven ability to grow existing accounts while continuing to develop new businessSelf-motivated and comfortable managing a sales pipeline in a remote environmentStrong communication and customer relationship management skillsIf you're an experienced freight broker who wants to spend more time selling, less time covering loads, and directly benefit from the business you build, this could be a great next move.
