Job description
LivingQ seeks a charismatic Director to lead a coliving community in Los Angeles. You will curate residents, foster a growth‑oriented environment, and organize informal and formal activities that build connection and belonging.
You will oversee recruitment, marketing to maintain occupancy, coordinate inquiries, tours and applications, and work with maintenance to keep the building in top condition while nurturing a positive culture.
