Job description
Ubiquity is seeking a Service Delivery Operations Support Lead to bridge residential sales strategy with field execution for FTTH projects. You will optimize install workflows, route field technicians, and supervise onboarding of GC partners and training for field staff.
You will work with market teams, control tower, GC partners, warehouse, procurement, and finance to hit installation metrics, reduce truck rolls, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
