Job description
YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced in-house General Counsel for a part-time contractor role supporting an innovative legal AI project. The attorney should bring expertise in technology transactions, contract drafting, review, negotiation, and redlining, with the ability to provide expert feedback to improve AI systems.
You will evaluate AI-generated contract outputs, run simulated negotiations, and collaborate with product and research teams to refine workflows and guidelines.
