Job description
The Beer Institute seeks a General Counsel in Washington, D.C. to act as the senior legal advisor, shaping governance practices and enterprise risk management while guiding BI’s responses to legal, regulatory, and trade developments affecting the beer industry.
Reporting to the President & CEO, the GC will lead a small legal team, supervise outside counsel, and partner with BI committees to ensure compliance, integrity, and strategic advocacy across federal and state levels.
