YO AI Labs seeks an experienced in-house General Counsel contractor to support a technology-focused legal AI project. The part-time, remote role emphasizes contract drafting, review, negotiation, and redlining of MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, and other technology agreements.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years in-house experience in technology transactions, strong analytical skills, and an ability to provide actionable feedback to improve AI systems in legal contexts.
