Job description
Total Life Inc. seeks a Pennsylvania-licensed Registered Nurse to serve as a Telehealth Geriatric Behavioral Health Care Manager. This remote role focuses on ongoing mental health support, dementia care management, and caregiver guidance for adults 65+.
You will coordinate with a multidisciplinary team and deliver structured monthly touchpoints via telehealth or phone. The position offers a daytime schedule, no evenings or weekends, and a flexible compensation structure.
