Job description
Total Life Inc. is a telehealth company focused on older adults, offering geriatric and behavioral health services.
We are launching a Longevity Program delivering comprehensive geriatric assessment and chronic disease management with GLP-1 therapy. As a nurse practitioner, you will conduct initial longevity assessments, cognitive screening, medication review, and advance care planning via telehealth, with full training and clinical support from our geriatrician CMO.
