Job description
Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is hiring a Business Care Partner to join our Customer Service team as a hybrid employee. You will be the main contact for distributors in the supply chain, ensuring orders are completed and disputes resolved.
You will also coordinate with internal teams, maintain product knowledge, and support sales with issue resolution. The role requires German and English fluency, plus experience in customer service and familiarity with SAP or Salesforce.
