Job description
Reserv is an insurtech transforming claims with AI and automation to improve efficiency for TPAs, carriers, and adjusters. We seek a Team Lead for General Liability Claims to lead high-exposure claims handling across diverse industries, coaching teams and reviewing litigation strategy in a remote-first environment.
You will drive disposition discipline, move aged files toward decisions, and present loss trends to clients while expanding reserve authority.
