Job description
Not Your Mother’s Haircare is seeking a Sales Director to own our grocery business and drive category growth. You will activate Category Roadmaps and develop customer-specific Category Business Plans to hit 4P objectives.
You will lead the grocery sales team, collaborate with Category Analysts and broker partners, and shape category plans that align with cross-functional initiatives, while managing annual sales targets and trade spend.
