Job description
Blacksmith Agency seeks a Digital Marketing Director to lead the PPC and SEO functions for clients in multifamily, B2B and technical sectors. You will own channel strategy and overall department performance, with the PPC and SEO strategists reporting to you. This is a management role, not a hands-on senior IC position.
You will set standards for audits and reporting, ensure client results, and drive growth while guiding hiring for the team and communicating outcomes to clients.
