Job description
World Vision is seeking a mission-driven Senior Growth Marketing Lead to own the Sponsorship Extension system and design ethical upsell and cross-sell experiences that lift average gift and lifetime value while preserving sponsor trust.
You will partner with Planned Giving and other teams to weave extensions into sponsor journeys, govern strategy, and ensure compliant messaging across channels and segments.
