Job description
Maximus is seeking a Head of Growth & Marketing to lead revenue growth, brand strategy, and multi-channel performance for a remote US-based operation. You will own the growth engine, align with the CEO, and build an executive team that scales a health-focused direct-to-consumer business.
You will design persona-driven acquisition, oversee creative and messaging across Meta, paid search, influencers, and affiliates, and optimize the funnel from awareness to purchase.
