Job description
PlayGround is seeking a Director of Individual Giving to join remotely on a year-round, half-time basis. Working with the Artistic Director and Director of Development, you will lead the design and management of giving programs, campaigns, and donor stewardship.
The role focuses on annual appeals, major gift cultivation, events, and multi-year campaigns, with a total annual giving goal of $193k for FY27. Immediate start; applications prioritized for Sept 15, 2026. Salary is $35 per hour.
