Job description
LMI is seeking a Human-Centered Design Specialist IV - Research & Healthcare to support VA programs, lead expert and stakeholder interviews, and translate complex qualitative insights into clear HCD narratives for executives.
You will own the Magnify Report deliverable, synthesize findings into themes and opportunities, develop personas and journey maps, and collaborate with UI/UX designers, analysts, and program teams to inform decision making.
