Mercury is seeking a Head of Market & Liquidity Risk to lead independent second-line oversight of liquidity, interest-rate, funding, and related balance-sheet risks. The role partners with Treasury, Finance, and Data teams, driving risk policies, stress testing, and escalation standards.
The successful candidate will translate quantitative analyses into actionable guidance for executives, Board members, and cross-functional partners, shaping risk appetite in a fast-growing fintech environment.
