Job description
The American Heart Association, Inc. is seeking a Program Consultant, Health Care Quality Improvement to advance cardiovascular and stroke care across ME, NH, VT, and NY. This remote role supports hospitals, EMS, and health departments in implementing evidence-based quality programs and hospital certifications.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage data and reporting, and travel up to 20% as needed to drive program success and improve patient outcomes.
