This means your income potential is limitless, as is the possibility of your success. You will earn compensation based on the value you create in real-time: commission for every qualified meeting you arrange, additional remuneration when interviews arise from your outreach efforts, multiple commissions on newly acquired business, bonus commissions when successful placements are made that trace back to your efforts, and extra earning opportunities tied to performance metrics (e.g. retention bonuses).
