Your compensation is tied to the value you generate, including commission earned for each qualified meeting you set, additional bonuses for interviews booked through your outreach, commission multiples for new business generated, bonus incentives when placements are successfully achieved through your leads, and extra opportunities for performance-based earnings, such as retention incentives.
