Make a difference in the essential healthcare field.Your responsibilities include utilizing our state-of-the-art platform and your personal network to identify potential healthcare candidates, reaching out to prospects to discuss MLR opportunities and measure their interest, facilitating appointments between candidates and recruiters for detailed screening sessions, following up on leads to keep interest alive and aid them throughout their hiring journey, keeping precise and current records in our applicant tracking system, and earning commissions based on your initiated meetings, interviews, and successful hires from your leads.Qualifications for success include excellent written and verbal communication skills, a proactive and self-driven attitude, a passion for outreach, connection, and assisting individuals in advancing their careers, and no previous recruiting experience required — if you're organized and resourceful, we'll teach you everything else.This position operates on a performance-based, commission-only basis. This means there are no caps on your earning potential, and your success knows no boundaries. Your earnings are directly linked to the value you bring: commission for each meeting you arrange, extra compensation when interviews are conducted thanks to your outreach, higher commission rates on new business generated, bonus commissions for placements that can be traced back to your efforts, and additional earning opportunities based on performance (like retention bonuses).We are not just forming a recruiting team.
