You'll earn what you truly deserve while making a profound impact in one of the most essential sectors on the globe.Your responsibilities include utilizing our unique platform alongside your network to identify potential healthcare candidates, initiating contact with prospective candidates to present MLR opportunities and assess their interest, scheduling appointments for deeper discussions between candidates and our recruiters, maintaining engagement with leads to sustain interest through the hiring journey, keeping precise and updated records in our applicant tracking system, and earning commissions based on the number of meetings arranged, interviews conducted, and successful hires from your leads.What you need to thrive includes excellent written and verbal communication skills, a proactive, self-driven attitude, a passion for outreach, connection, and assisting others in advancing their careers, and no prior experience in recruiting required—organization and resourcefulness are key, and we'll guide your development from there.This role operates on a commission-only, performance-centered basis. Therefore, there are no limits on your earning potential or ceiling on your achievements. You'll earn compensation linked directly to the tangible value you generate: commission for each qualified meeting organized, extra pay for interviews that result from your outreach, additional commission on newly sourced business, bonus commission tied to placements resulting from your leads, and further opportunities to earn based on your performance (such as retention bonuses).
