Maintain relationships with candidates to keep their interest high throughout the hiring process. Record and update essential information in our applicant tracking system regularly. Receive commissions based on the meetings you arrange, interviews conducted, and successful placements made through your efforts.Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken.
