Job description
Smith Douglas Homes is seeking an Online Sales Consultant in Franklin, TN to convert digital inquiries into qualified appointments and sales opportunities. This hybrid/remote role is the first contact for prospective homebuyers and focuses on lead engagement, follow-up discipline, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
The position requires 2+ years in inside/online sales, familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), and a real estate license where applicable.
