Chicago Children's Advocacy Center is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor to leaders and staff in Chicago, IL. The role focuses on employee relations, policy interpretation, recruitment and onboarding, benefits support, training, and HR compliance.
You will partner with the Chief People & Culture Officer to address trends, strengthen manager capability, and implement sustainable HR practices aligned with our mission and values.
