Church & Dwight is seeking an HRIS Manager (Payroll & Absence Management) to lead Workday North America Payroll, Absence, and integrations. This role partners with stakeholders to improve user experience, data processing efficiency, and data integrity, while interfacing with vendors and IT to meet business needs.
The position requires deep Workday expertise, 5+ years in NA payroll/absence/integration, and strong analytical and communication skills.
