Job description
JLL seeks an IFM Retail Director to lead North America’s largest retail facilities portfolio with remote leadership and travel up to 30%. The role manages 10+ million sq ft across 1,800+ retail environments, directing a geographically diverse team of facilities and engineering professionals delivering mission-critical services.
You will shape strategic client initiatives, drive innovations in contracts and outsourcing, and align with JLL values of teamwork, ethics and excellence.
