YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced in-house counsel for a remote, part-time role focused on technology transactions. You will draft, review, and negotiate MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs, and assess AI-generated contract outputs for accuracy and risk.
No AI background required; your legal judgment and transactional expertise will guide AI training, evaluation, and continuous improvement of contract review workflows.
