YO AI Labs in the United States (California) invites an experienced In-House Counsel – Technology Transactions for a part-time, remote role focused on technology contracts and AI-driven review.
You will draft, review, negotiate MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs, perform redlining exercises, and provide actionable feedback to improve AI contract analysis while aligning with business risk. Strong analytical and drafting skills are essential for success in our AI-enabled program.
