Job description
Centivo is seeking an in-house healthcare attorney to join our legal team. The role focuses on federal and state health plan laws, contract negotiation, regulatory advisory, disputes, and M&A due diligence.
Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer and collaborating with outside counsel, you will draft and negotiate ASAs, MSAs, BAAs, and data transfer agreements, while building scalable processes with Ironclad and AI.
