Job description
Title: ITPM (IT Project Manager) Duration: 12+ month long contract Greenfield, IN Hybrid –3-4 days a week
Insight Global is seeking an ITPM to support enterprise project execution, with a focus on ERP implementation initiatives within a manufacturing environment. This individual will play a key role in driving PMO governance, reporting, and standardization while partnering closely with project managers and cross-functional stakeholders.
3–7 years of experience in IT project management, PMO support, or project coordination roles
Hands-on experience with PM tools (SAP PPM, Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project)
Experience supporting or overseeing ERP system implementations
Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, IT, Engineering, or related field
PMP Certification Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Prior contract experience
Support PMO governance, processes, and project delivery standards Track project progress, milestones, risks, and overall performance Partner with project managers to ensure timelines, deliverables, and reporting are aligned Maintain project documentation and reporting dashboards Assist in ERP implementation efforts within a manufacturing setting Drive consistency across PMO methodologies and best practices Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
