Our client, an established international manufacturing company, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inside Sales & Logistics Coordinator to become an integral part of their team. You’ll serve as an important point of contact for customers while managing quotes and orders, coordinating with manufacturing facilities, tracking domestic and international shipments, and maintaining accurate CRM records. You’ll also support the financial side of the business through invoicing, AP/AR, payment processing, and basic bookkeeping. [REMOTE] Inside Sales & Logistics Coordinator Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and maintain CRM records
• Coordinate with manufacturing facilities on order and PO status
• Track land, air, and sea shipments and provide delivery updates
• Review order history and follow up on reorder opportunities
• Support lead qualification, sales reporting, and CRM administration
• Process invoices, payments, AP/AR, and basic bookkeeping transactions
• Assist with month-end accounting documentation and reporting
• Support inventory tracking, purchasing, and vendor communication
• Collaborate with sales, logistics, operations, and accounting to resolve customer needs
[REMOTE] Inside Sales & Logistics Coordinator Qualifications
2+ years of sales support, sales administration, or customer service experience within a manufacturing or distribution environment required
• Experience coordinating domestic and international logistics, including shipment tracking and shipping terms/processes, required
• Experience with bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, or accounting support required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a CRM system required
• Strong communication and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail required
