Agents Closing $800 to $1,200 Per Policy SoldAgents in this role typically close $800 to $1,200 per policy sold, with no cap on how many policies you can close.Why the Number Is Realistic, Not AspirationalThat figure isn't a "top performer" outlier we're using to sell the job — it's the typical range across our agent base. What varies agent to agent is volume: how many conversations you have and how consistently you show up. The per-sale number stays roughly consistent regardless of experience level, because our training and lead quality do a lot of the heavy lifting.The Lead SourceEvery lead is warm — someone who already asked for a quote or information about life insurance coverage. You're never starting cold on any call, and you'll have access to more than 60 carrier partners so you can genuinely match each client to coverage that fits their actual situation.Training and Ongoing SupportOnboarding covers product fundamentals and conversation skills from scratch, assuming no prior insurance background.
