Fully Remote | New York / New Jersey / Long Island
Billable Hours: 1800 hrs
I’m currently recruiting for a fully remote Insurance Coverage Attorney opportunity with a well-established litigation practice focused on representing insurers and reinsurers in sophisticated coverage, reinsurance, and commercial disputes.
The role will focus primarily on:
Insurance coverage litigation
First- and third-party coverage disputes
Insurance-related arbitration
Complex commercial litigation
Policy interpretation and coverage analysis
Catastrophic and complex claims
The practice has handled sophisticated matters involving property, business interruption, environmental, construction defect, professional liability, product liability, toxic tort, and other complex insurance issues.
Ideal Candidate:
Attorney licensed in New York and/or New Jersey
Strong litigation, arbitration, and legal analysis skills
Comfortable handling sophisticated matters with significant client exposure
Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $200,000 to $250,000. Factors that may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
