Job description

GEICO is seeking an Associate Counsel to defend lawsuits in New York courts and other venues, including Queens, NY. This role is supported by GEICO Staff Counsel and offers remote flexibility with travel as needed.

The ideal candidate has 2–6+ years of litigation experience in insurance defense or personal injury, a Juris Doctor degree, and active New York Bar admission. Candidates must be able to travel for trials, hearings, and depositions.
