The ideal candidate has excellent spoken English, a professional and pleasant communication style, confidence on the phone, and the ability to create a positive impression within the first few seconds of a conversation. Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required; candidates who demonstrate strong communication skills, confidence, and potential will be considered. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct warm outbound calls to existing life insurance clients whose policies are approaching renewal or may require an update.

Contact existing health insurance clients to identify potential life insurance cross-selling opportunities.

Explain the purpose of the outreach clearly and professionally.

Engage clients in a friendly, confident, and consultative manner.

Identify clients who are interested in renewing, modifying, adding, or exploring insurance coverage.

Schedule appointments with the appropriate in-house insurance team using a calendar/appointment-setting system.

Accurately document outreach results, client interest, follow-ups, and scheduled appointments.

Follow up with clients when appropriate and help move qualified opportunities from the initial outreach stage to the in-house team.

Potentially assist with inbound calls and appointment rescheduling as the role develops.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in every interaction.

Meet established appointment and performance targets as the program develops.

Participate in training, coaching, and ongoing performance development.

Perform other duties related to the position as assigned.

Proficient level of English (written and spoken).

Clear, professional, and easily understandable communication.

Strong confidence and comfort communicating with clients by phone.

Pleasant and professional personality with strong listening and interpersonal skills.

Previous sales, appointment-setting, customer service, or client-facing experience is preferred.

Ability to quickly learn new processes, systems, and insurance-related concepts.

Ability to remain professional and engaging during client conversations.

Reliable work history and demonstrated employment stability.

Comfortable working with spreadsheets, calendars, and basic software tools.

Insurance experience is a plus, but training will be provided.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a positive and professional attitude.

Strong follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and follow established processes.

Creative, resourceful, and proactive with an out-of-the-box mindset.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and standard business tools (email, spreadsheets, document management).
