AAA Northeast is seeking a seasoned leader to manage a remote team of insurance sales agents. You will drive sales initiatives, coach performance, and ensure operational excellence across the footprint.
Start date is October 26, 2026, with a Tuesday-Saturday shift from 10:30am to 7pm. You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Training, and Underwriting to hire, onboard, and coach new hires, while maintaining adherence to policies and industry standards.
