YO AI Labs seeks an experienced Intellectual Property Counsel for a remote, part-time contractor role to support an innovative AI project. You will review contracts, draft and redline agreements, and provide actionable legal feedback to improve AI systems’ contractual reasoning.
You will collaborate with product and research teams to establish evaluation frameworks, playbooks, and criteria for contract tasks and risk assessment.
