Job description
Defense Logistics Agency seeks an IT Specialist (CUSTSPT) GS-13 to support the Weapons Support mission at Warner Robins, GA. The role reports to the J6 BRM and coordinates IT customer service across the MSC.
Responsibilities include planning and directing IT customer service actions, managing programs, and ensuring alignment with HQ directives while maintaining clear communication with peers and supervisors. Telework is eligible under this posting.
