Job description
Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency in multiple locations is seeking a developmental Product Owner/IT Specialist (PLCYPLN) to manage product backlogs, translate user needs into technical requirements, and coordinate Agile IT development teams. This entry-level role may be filled at GG-07 or GG-09.
You will prioritize projects for contractors, ensure DoD policy compliance, and liaise with business partners to deliver secure, scalable solutions while advancing a STEM/Cyber Pay Table
