Director, Treasury Operations
Salary: $20-30/Hour

Responsibilities
Set financial priorities and influence key business decisions.
Drive discussions with external and internal finance partners, including banks, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Identify and remove barriers, setting priorities to deliver cost‑delivered support.
Manage external bank and supplier relationships and negotiate terms.
Oversee cash positioning, forecasting, and liquidity management.
Manage treasury bill platforms and engage with accounts payable, payroll, and retail services.
Provide support to stores and partner with operations to safeguard assets.
Plan and oversee short‑term funding and funding selections.
Lead, develop, and mentor a high‑performance treasury team.
Champion continuous improvement and best practices in treasury operations.
Qualifications
Four‑year university degree (preferably Accounting, Business, Economics, or Finance) or equivalent experience.
1–4+ years of analytical experience with strong analytical flair.
Retail experience in Banking Operations, Treasury, Business Operations, or equivalent preferred.
Strong management potential with the ability to lead, impact, and expand a team.
Tolerance for ambiguity and comfort in problem‑solving frameworks; ability to take appropriate risks.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, manage cut‑off dates, and prioritize effectively.
Strong verbal and written communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
MBA, CTP, CPA, or MA preferred.
Benefits & Work Arrangement
This role is available for full‑time remote or hybrid work based on preference. Remote employees may work from their home or an alternate location and travel to headquarters up to four times a year. Compensation ranges from $123,100 to $221,600, with additional components for training, experience, and certifications. Competitive benefits include monetary, educational, and well‑being options.
