Job description
Root is seeking a Lead Software Engineer for the AI Platform to guide the foundational tech that powers AI capabilities across products. You will lead delivery of shared services, tooling, and deployment patterns while coaching engineers and setting quarterly technical direction.
You will balance today’s user needs with future investments, driving reliability, security, and observability. Remote-friendly, with a strong emphasis on collaboration across product, data, security, and platform teams.
