Job description
Lumen seeks a Lead Information Security Engineer (ISSO) to own RMF execution and drive PQC strategy in support of ATO outcomes. You will lead security assessments, write SSPs, and partner with engineering to ensure cryptographic readiness for quantum threats.
You will operate in a remote U.S. framework, collaborating across federal and highly regulated environments, and help mature cryptographic modernization programs while maintaining strong regulatory alignment.
