Job description
Harkcon, Inc. seeks an experienced Lead Instructional Systems Designer to serve as the primary technical lead for a federal maritime-security curriculum modernization effort.
The Lead ISD will guide end-to-end instructional design, develop learning objectives, instructor guides, student syllabi, and interactive content, and coordinate with government SMEs to ensure high-quality, accessible products. Domestic remote work and international travel are possible.
