Job description
Copyright Clearance Center (CCC) is seeking a Sr. Manager, Managed Knowledge Services to oversee client engagements and ensure service quality. The ideal candidate will have experience managing teams and building client relationships, with a preference for Midwest candidates supporting Eastern time zone.
This full-time position offers a compensation range of $95,000 - $105,000, plus performance bonuses. Significant responsibilities include staff management, contract renewals, and promoting a culture of learning and improvement.
