Job description
Humana Inc. is seeking a Clinical Programs Pharmacist Lead to join the Pharmacy Stars team, accountable for patient safety measure performance and improving Medicare members’ medication adherence and appropriate use.
The Lead will develop, implement, and manage clinical program strategies with minimal supervision. The role requires strong communication, cross-functional leadership, data analysis, and project management skills, with remote work and periodic travel to Humana offices as needed.
