Job description
Outsmart is a mission-driven startup reimagining higher education for the AI era. As Principal Product Designer, you will lead design for major areas of the product, partnering with Product, Engineering, and leadership to translate complex problems into simple, delightful student experiences.
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on designing, prototyping, and shipping while guiding other designers, raising quality, and evolving how the design team works as Outsmart grows.
