Job description
UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager to own the roadmap and backlog for advocate desktop applications used to manage chat and telephony with consumers. You will partner with Engineering, UX, and Operations to deliver a seamless agent experience, driving AI-enabled improvements and cross-platform integrations.
You will work remotely from anywhere in the U.S.; Minneapolis and DC areas have in-office expectations.
